By accessing or using our services, including subscription-based and one-off payment services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

1. Definitions

• Client – Any individual, business, or organization subscribing to or using the Supplier’s services.
• Services – All advertising, marketing, and related services provided, including campaign creation, media planning, analytics, and one-off consulting services.

• Subscription Services – Recurring, automated service plans offered on a monthly or annual basis.
• One-Off Payment Services – Non-recurring services purchased individually.

3. Subscription Plans & Rules

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual), depending on the plan selected during signup.
• Plan details, including the number of tasks or campaigns included, are provided on the Website and during onboarding.
• Subscription fees are automatically charged via secure payment gateways (Stripe, Square, or GoCardless).
• Changes to subscription plans or pricing will be communicated in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing information. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
